HOW KYRA.GG WORKS

Last updated: October 25, 2026

How KYRA.GG works: Kyra is an AI-generated host — her face and voice are made with AI. Gameplay is played by a coach on the Operator's team. Gear guides on KYRA.GG are researched with the help of AI. New guides are checked by the Operator before publishing; older guides are being re-checked, and each guide shows the date it was last checked. Products a member of our team has used hands-on are marked Team Tested; everything else is a researched pick, not a hands-on review. Some links are affiliate links (including Amazon): if you buy through them, KYRA.GG earns a small commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Kyra is AI

Kyra is an AI-generated host: her face and her voice are made with AI. She isn't a real person, and she has never used, held, owned or tested any product on this site. When a guide talks about how a product performs, that comes from spec sheets, published reviews and owner feedback, never from Kyra's own experience.

KYRA.GG is run by a real person, called the Operator on this site.

Who plays the games

Gameplay from KYRA.GG is played by a coach on the Operator's team. The coach appears only under an alias.

How the gear guides are made

Researched with AI. Every guide and pick is researched with the help of AI, using manufacturer spec sheets, published reviews and community consensus. Each guide lists its sources at the bottom.
Checked by the Operator. New guides are checked by the Operator before they're published.
Older guides are being re-checked. Checks from a long time ago don't count, so older guides say "Being re-checked by the Operator" until they've been checked again.
The date is on every guide. Under each guide's title you'll see "Last checked by the Operator:" with a date, or "Being re-checked by the Operator". A check counts for 12 months. After that, the guide goes back to "Being re-checked" until it's checked again.
No prices on the page. Prices change daily, so guides don't show them. "Check current price" takes you to the live listing on Amazon.ca.
